What An Incredibly Busy Easter Weekend

This was the challenge of the Weekend!


I am not used to soooo many cake orders in one weekend. Because I am home-based, I try not to take on more than I can handle, especially with 5 out of 6 kids still at home, but this weekend....quite a challenge with EVERYONE home for the Easter weekend!

The snowmobile was a replica of the actual one owned by the cake recipient...no, I didn't make the snowmobile, but he rest of the cake was very edible!
